parents and members of the Ilchester Community,
Welcome to your school. Whether you are a regular visitor to
this site or a newcomer, I hope that you will find it both informative
and a good place to celebrate and share our achievements.
At Ilchester Community Primary school we believe in working
as a team, alongside parents, to achieve the best possible outcomes
for the children in our care.
We aim to create a positive atmosphere in which all children
can achieve their potential. As a team, we are committed to
providing your children with an excellent all round experience,
helping them to develop not only in skills and knowledge but
also as thoughtful, responsible members of the community.
Our school is fortunate in having excellent links with both
the local Ilchester village community and RNAS Yeovilton. As
Head teacher, I welcome visits from all in the community which
